STATEMENT FROM LEO PROTECTION & @solaceforleoz : LEOZ SOLACE GC CONDUCT
Hello everyone,
For context, the LEOZ Solace GC is a dedicated group chat created as a safe and focused space for fans of Leo (Leoz) to communicate, support, and coordinate peacefully.
This GC is intended to be a safe and supportive space where all Leoz can freely share their thoughts and concerns—provided that communication remains RESPECTFUL.
To maintain this environment, the following rules and boundaries will be strictly enforced starting from today onwards:
1. Membership
This group chat is strictly for Leoz only. All future recruitment into the GC will only be accepted if you are a Leoz and a thorough profile review will be carried out before new members are added into the GC.
2. Conduct
Members are free to share their opinions. However:
— Arguments, fanwars, or provoking conflicts are not allowed.
— Deliberately twisting or misrepresenting others’ words is not allowed
— Spreading unverified or false information is not allowed
— All disagreements must remain respectful and must not escalate into hostility.
3. Enforcement
— Any form of fighting, hostility, or disrespect toward others is not tolerated and may result in removal from the group with or without prior notice.
— A 2-day cooldown period will apply. Re-entry may be requested via DM after this period.
4. Authority
The Leo Protection & Leoz Solace admin team aswell as Leoz Global Union fanbases admins reserve full authority to moderate the chat, including removing members when necessary to maintain order, safety, and alignment with the group’s purpose.
Once again, we kindly ask everyone to help us preserve Leoz Solace as a safe, positive, and respectful space for all.
These guidelines are in place to protect the space and ensure it remains positive, respectful, and supportive.
We expect full cooperation from all members.
