Excited to share that I received my Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy this week!

Last month I was fortunate to attend the Life Beyond the PhD Conference at @cumberlandlodge.bsky.social. I had the best time at the conference and learnt so much I can’t wait to implement into my PhD. I am extremely grateful to @uniofwarwick Doctoral College for my funded place.

Which kind of queer neuropsychologist are you? A) Wears too many pins on their work lanyard (bonus points if pride-related) B) Pride flags and “safe space” stickers in your office C) Won’t schedule testing before 10 AM, (i.e., gayest time of day because of brunch).

@OnyinyeUdokporo @adhd_girls Finally we had well-being sessions, yoga and sound meditation for attendees to take breaks during the day, followed by an evening social of alpacas (wellbeing animals) and pizza to have a space to reflect and make friends 🍕

@OnyinyeUdokporo @adhd_girls There was also panel sessions on the intersections of neurodiversity (e.g. LGBTQIA+, ethnicity & other disability’s) and a panel on self v formal diagnosis. As well as sensory bags for attendees.
