@CityFredGov I just watched a man using a wheel chair sit, stuck in the snow/ice, until someone ramped their car on the sidewalk to push him.We need to do better than this. Differently abled folk need to be able to navigate this city with as much ease as able bodied folk. Period.

There was a video. old.reddit.com/r/halifax/comm… Others have dealt with her personally. Color of her skin is irrelevant. Wasn't an assumption "based on the color of her skin". She's a thief.
