Since 2012, Serie A has never been better than the Bundesliga. It‘s more competitive because they‘re all equally terrible, an aspect most don‘t understand. If you remove Bayern, the Bundesliga becomes competitive too. If you put Bayern in Serie A, Bayern still win it every year.
