A beautiful day to enjoy the fruits of our conviction my friends on the most hated farm ever: the Magic Eden diamonds
Most people thought Magic Eden would actually rug everyone again but honestly it was hard to fade such a flexible team, the signal for frog was when they adopted Ordinals as fast as they did + the HUGE 160M round back in 22 and obviously the diamonds program that they finally started really pushing in early 23 meaning they were planning to tokenize in a near future
I'm not sure why most people hate farming "NFT" platforms while these have been crazy profitable in the past
The deadly silence from the market towards Magic Eden while everything else was screaming cook was the last piece of the puzzle frog needed to take it seriously
When you made the calcs the math was mathing for a decently high price in *most cases* for one diamond, as we speak at current $5B FDV val one diamond at a 1:58 ratio is worth almost 10 cents per unit, and my ratio is awful compared to most people around me
Smaller wallets usually yield more results on most airdrops in the sake of "better" distribution and once again it's proven here so don't be lazy and spread your volume when you farm as much as possible
Also FWIW my Solana wallets with same amount of diamonds than Bitcoin ones got a better tokens/diamonds ratio on 100% of the wallets
So diamonds were the main variable for an allocation, Runes, swaps, launchpad everything else ended up being almost useless and it makes sense at the end of the day your amount of diamonds reflects how much fees you ended paying to the platform
Historically, the more you pay to a crypto platform the more you get from them when they eventually tokenize it's dumb and easy and applicable to other protocols as we speak you don't need a PhD to understand that, everything is about money here, pay the fees and get 100x back on them it's like burning your money on fire on shitcoins but the shitcoin is actually Magic Eden at a unbeatable valuation and you end up cooking a sweet paycheck on a random day months later
When it comes to what I did with my coins: I sold none and actually bought 170K more at $5 average, the $ME flywheel is potentially going to unleash one of the most hated rally we've ever witnessed in crypto and frog was feeling underexposed to it
Anyway, congrats to everyone that did the job you deserve the paycheck today, treat yourself and the people you love because there's no meaning in winning alone, together always stronger
But it's not time to slow down and become complacent if you won big though you're only as good as your next trade so run it back now and change your life for good amigo
