🏆5-0 with RG Madness!🏆 After the Seeker ban, I felt lost - Pauper has been stale for the past year, and no deck would give me joy when playing. That's why I rebuilt my RG Seeker list into RG Madness and 5-0ed on the first try. More testing incoming!🔥🔥🔥 Thoughts below⬇️

@SadlyVrashta Foot Ninjas are solid. They gain life on EBT, don't die from a single burn spell, and represent a significant clock. They also are B/W, relevant vs Guardian of the Guildpact. The win rate vs Madness is ok; I think Campfire doesn't really fit in the deck.

@LHibiam How are foot ninjas? It reads like draft chaff but I see them in every list, are they really better than mukotai? Also how's the win rate against madness without compass or campfire?

After a night of crying following the ban of the only combo that I ever liked in pauper, I went back to the roots and got a trophy with BW Blade. I have to admit that I faced the "easier" part of the meta, but the deck did its thing and felt smooth and solid. Paupergeddon maybe?

I Love You Dredge I pushed the deck more toward an aggro game plan than combo, and it was an absolute blast to play. Highlight of the league? The second-to-last match against Mill. Going live on Twitch tomorrow for the final testing ahead of Paupergeddon! @fireshoes @LPComense

@GianlucaVezzoni It is actually very resilient against red decks. Rally is easy with Bauble and board presence. Madness is harder, but still doable with lifegain lands, Lembas and Foot Ninja. Keeping a hand with some lifegain and removals is key.

@AverageCrafts @lostonkato I wouldn't say it's an issue, but you can't rely on the flashback too much. Once I understand what I'm playing against, I discard Strands if I don't need it, but the main use is to cast it vs red decks before deploying Seeker and going off, or to fog a big swing to gain a turn.

@LHibiam @lostonkato I gold fished a pretty similar list to this. Glad to see someone trophy with it. I didnt have Tamiyos and ran more white creatures instead to strands more consistently? Did that ever come up as an issue?

First league trophy with my own version of Seeker combo! I took @lostonkato Naya deck from a few weeks ago and changed some cards to fit the new combo. Both main deck and sideboard still have a few flex slots that need to be optimized, but the core felt solid overall.

@PNascimento_MTG @fireshoes If you keep playing Wirewood Herald, you might want to swap Troublemaker Ouphe for Masked Vandal, which you can tutor up 😊
