Y6 have been using new maths terminology: what is an addend? What is the correct meaning of sum? Is equal the same as equates? Lots of maths practice and super stem sentences used to explain our maths thinking.

Northampton Saints came to share their skills with Class 4.

Class 4: Maths problem solving & reasoning. Great maths discussions, justifying their answers with maths jottings to support their thinking.

This week, Class 4 have been linking Science (evolution & adaption), PSHE (respecting individuality & uniqueness) with art; using the stimulus: The Barnabus Project - the children loved the sketching tutorial as well as painting. Is your 'Stick 1' and 'Stick 2' here?
