The 200 Free Relay of Graham Henderson, Nathan Searls, Jace Graham, and Cole Tobin win the LSR7 Invite and break the school record as well as the meet record! Their time of 1:25.46 breaks the 1:25.57 that Henderson, Nick Houck, Graham, and Tobin set last year at state!

The 400 Free Relay of Cole Tobin, Jace Graham, DJ Starr, and Matthew Riggs win the LSR7 Invite with a season best time of 3:14.95!

Great day at freshman transition! Dawson worked the boys track and field day and did a phenomenal job getting kids to sign up for track. Thank you Dawson.

Big shout out to Todd Yeates for running in the Hoka Festival of Miles, one of the biggest running events in the country. Took 6th in a very competitive field running a 4:14. Great job Todd!!

To all my seniors, thank you for a great first season as your head track coach! You all were vital to building a foundation to what I hope will be a great addition to the legacy of Liberty Track and Field. If any one of you ever need anything please do not hesitate to reach out.

I know this group had a lot of goals and we fell short, but I am super proud of what they accomplished all season. A season where no one thought we would be that good. Well we made people pay attention and that’s because of these guys right here. Will miss them all.

A fun group to be around, Aaron loved this sport, Lincoln came back from what he thought was a season ending injury, Andrew could destroy a curve, and Femi being the man of many talents.

Another lat night post: Todd Yeates took 3rd in the 3200m and crushed the school record by 6 seconds running 9:06.52. Another kid that we will greatly missed, but is going to have a lasting effect on our distance crew for years to come!
