LIBRE Chain 2026 HK Upgrade Instructions Reasons for Upgrade As an independent public blockchain project, LIBRE Chain needs to be compatible with mainstream EVM-based technologies. Patching and optimizing the original version would leave many unpredictable security risks, so a comprehensive and thorough upgrade is required. The previous team failed to properly control the computing power output of LIBRE node gateways and made other operational errors, resulting in a severe oversupply of circulating LIBRE tokens. To effectively regulate the market supply and demand of LIBRE tokens in the short term and guide the token price back to a healthy development track, this upgrade will implement deflation to reduce the total circulating supply, enabling LIBRE to achieve overall supply-demand balance or even a supply shortage in the market. Upgrade Method All currently circulating LIBRE tokens (approximately 40 billion pieces) will be systematically deflated by a factor of 1,000 to around 40 million pieces. Together with the unreleased tokens of former miners, the total will be approximately 50 million pieces. The deflated new LIBRE tokens will be listed on exchanges at a revised price for orderly trading. All current holders of POINT tokens may freely choose to convert their POINT holdings into upgraded LIBRE tokens. Special Notes: A. The upgraded LIBRE tokens will be relisted on exchanges, with an estimated opening price of around 0.02 U (subject to the actual opening price). The total circulating supply of existing POINT tokens is approximately 5 million, which is expected to be convertible into 250 million upgraded LIBRE tokens. The total supply of upgraded LIBRE tokens will be far lower than the current 100 billion pieces, with about 500 million tokens in circulation. Among these, 300 million will be held by regular users, and the remaining 200 million will be used for project community governance and ecological development funds. B. The new LIBRE tokens obtained through deflation are reduced in quantity by a factor of 1,000, but their value is increased by a factor of 10,000 in price. This design is mainly to reward all partners who have supported LIBRE along the way. In other words, if you held 100 million LIBRE tokens before deflation with a current value of 200 U, after deflation you will hold 100,000 LIBRE tokens worth 2,000 U, representing a 10-fold increase in value. C. The upgraded LIBRE tokens will activate a long-term deflation mechanism. A 1% circulating burn rate will be maintained until both the token price and the cumulative number of burned LIBRE tokens reach the values set by the oracle. D. Most importantly: How to ensure the relisted token price remains relatively stable after deflation? Create demand through the minting of the one-way upward ECO token. Minting ECO tokens will consume a certain amount of LIBRE tokens, and the only public source of LIBRE tokens is exchanges. The LIBRE tokens in exchanges come from current holders of LIBRE and POINT. The daily limited conversion will be released according to the market demand for LIBRE tokens each day, and all converted LIBRE tokens can be freely traded on exchanges. Since trading is based on supply-demand balance, it will not create selling pressure on the token price. Market-making funds will periodically purchase a fixed amount of LIBRE tokens according to market demand. These concentrated purchases will further drive up the exchange price of LIBRE tokens.
