💡 LIFE COSTAdapta is a €3.4 million project co-funded by the EU LIFE Programme. Inspired by the traditional tidal pools of the Canary Islands, the project combines coastal protection, environmental restoration and biodiversity conservation to help coastal areas adapt.

Naomie Lecard, from @EconcreteL , a partner of LIFE COSTAdapta, has brought project samples to the stand, giving visitors the opportunity to discover firsthand the innovative nature-based solutions being developed to strengthen coastal resilience. 🌊🌱

The roundtable brought together innovative initiatives including @DesaLIFE_EU (Ocean Oasis), Ocean Gardens (MacroCarbon) and @ITCCANARIAS, fostering valuable discussions on marine innovation, water technologies, climate adaptation and permitting challenges.

On Wednesday, 10 June, #LIFECOSTAdapta took part in the second @PHAROS_EU Permitting Challenges & Opportunities roundtable, focused on the barriers blue economy projects face when navigating permitting and authorisation processes.
