Intel has a rich history of semiconductor manufacturing in Ireland since 1989 and our Fab 34 on the Leixlip campus is now Europe’s most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facility! Earlier this week, we welcomed a high level delegation from Ireland, led by Tánaiste and Minister for Finance @SimonHarrisTD and @IDAIRELAND leadership team to @intel Santa Clara headquarters. 2025 has been a defining year for @intel. Just 9 months ago, I was deeply humbled to take on the incredibly important task of leading this iconic American company at a pivotal moment. Heading into the holiday season, I would like to thank our many customers, partners, investors and employees for their trust, encouragement and support through the year. I am encouraged by the changes I am seeing within Intel as we embrace our roots as an innovative, data-driven, engineering-centric and execution-focused company. Robin earlier served as Deputy Assistant to President Donald J. Trump and Deputy Director of the National Economic Council, developing Administration policies across all sectors of the U.S. economy. @asheaw is joining us as SVP & Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, leading our integrated marketing & communications for greater clarity & consistency. @magicsilicon is taking on an additional role as interim CTO, while continuing as my chief of staff, partnering with me to develop our advanced technology strategy. Delighted to visit Intel Arizona this week! Intel 18A is the most advanced semiconductor node developed and manufactured in the United States and we are proud to announce that Fab 52 in Arizona is now fully operational and set to reach high-volume production of our next generation client product Panther Lake later this year. We are determined to strengthen American semiconductor technology and manufacturing leadership! Intel has innovated and invested in Arizona over the last 45 years, helping to grow an ecosystem of innovation now known around the world as the Silicon Desert.

Very proud that Rivos, a Walden Catalyst portfolio company we helped build from Day one has been acquired by @Meta. In 2021, together with my longtime friend Amarjit Gill, we worked to bring together an outstanding founding team: Puneet Kumar, Mark Hayter, Belli Kuttanna, and Tse-yu Yeh to start the company. Walden Catalyst was the anchor founding investor and I served as Chairman to support the team. The journey was far from easy. Rivos faced many challenges, including a lawsuit that created uncertainty in the early years, but the co-founders showed resilience and focus. At that critical period, I deeply appreciate the financial support from my dearest friend David Goel, founder and managing partner of Matrix Capital. Along the way, I encouraged a pivot to AI workloads and a closer partnership with Meta, which changed the company trajectory. This outcome is also a reflection of the amazing Walden Catalyst team, including my partner and co-founder Young Sohn, and our partners Shankar Chandran, Francis Ho, Nicola Autret, Andy Kau and Roni Hefetz.
