4PM SUNDAY (4/5) RADAR UPDATE - Scattered showers and thunderstorms are becoming more widespread across the Lowcountry. A few storms may turn strong, capable of producing wind gusts near 40MPH. This looks to be the best chance of rainfall we'll see this week.

EASTER WEEKEND: A warm and drier Saturday will give way to unsettled conditions on #Easter Sunday! Although morning events are expected to be rain-free, showers and localized downpours will enter the Lowcountry during the afternoon, persisting through Sunday evening. #SCWX #CHSWX

FIRST ALERT: Easter Weekend looks pleasant... until a cold front sweeps through! Conditions will stay mostly dry through Saturday night as our axis of rainfall shifts to our west. Sunday starts dry; showers will quickly develop later in the day. #SCWX

FIRST ALERT// Artemis II Launch Weather & Viewing // Weather looks good right now for the launch window tomorrow at 6:24 PM from the Kennedy Space Center. We will be just outside the viewing range due to the eastern equatorial trajectory of the launch vs N/NE of SpaceX Launches.

ARTEMIS II: We are less than 48 hours away from @NASA's first crewed lunar flyby in nearby 50 years! As of Tuesday morning, there is a 80% chance of favorable weather conditions for Wednesday evening's launch; a stray shower or storm could bear watching. #Artemis2 #Space #FLWX

FIRST ALERT: High Surf Advisories are now in effect for the Lowcountry coastline (except for Georgetown County) until 9 AM Sunday! Wind gusts up to 25 KT. (about 30 MPH) will lead to dangerous swimming and surfing conditions. Wave heights should relax by Sunday afternoon. #SCWX
