A PhD is full of ups and downs, but it moments like today that you realise how it’s just part of a bigger picture. #Nottingham10k was my first race and I managed to get a PB: 47:00. Safe to say, achievements during a PhD don’t all have to be academic related @PhDVoice

It's been harder to hold on to my sense of embodiment since working in academia - my body often seems as though it's only there to carry around my brain with all my thoughts - so I took myself for a massage & asked the masseuse to squeeze the term time tension right out of me!

End of an era! After being there since 2016, yesterday was my last day at @PsychologyNTU. Today's my 1st day as Senior Lecturer in Applied Criminology at @DerbyUni 😊 I'll miss NTU & am grateful for giving me a great start in my career, I'm excited to be here and getting started!
