@qianjinghua @blueytv Also OG bluey used a lot of the kids of the production team so it had added level of authenticity these aren't just kid actors. I'm also disheartened that I can't find a Mandarin equivalent to the Wiggles.

@qianjinghua @blueytv As someone who made a lot of kids TV and now has a toddler and who is on the lookout for good Mandarin kids programs. A lot of mandarin programs just don't quite hit the same level of authenticity and genuine kid wonder. They all feel a little over manufactured?

It's been a long time coming but I finally got a chance to see the Australian production of @HamiltonMusical today at @QPAC and what an amazing cast of young, not so scrappy and hungry performers. Jason Arrow is such a revelation! Production honestly bettered OBC in certain parts

@dangolding I feel like the payoff for s1 was worth it when we saw his face but I don't remember anything from s2 other than just every ep was sidequest. So I dunno if I'm going to bother with s3. I wonder would this show have been better as animation?

@LJology If it ever was! I really feel like they missed a trick in not getting him to have his helmet off semi-permanently. The whole show is so emotionally cold because of it.

I think maybe it’s time to admit that The Mandalorian isn’t a great show and is unlikely to suddenly become it
