@JohnBirtwistle March interviews were prior to being charged and without counsel. Interview by O'Kelly in May was for internal use by us.

The fact not mentioned in the doc is that the jury in Dassey's case did not see the May 2006 interviews by O'Kelly and the police.

@epak23 @LKachinsky I was off Dassey's case 8 months before his trial. The WI Court of Appeals found nothing I did caused the verdict
