“After seeing some ppl making vows (Thai: Bon*) and even going as far as to eat grass, extremely Mutelu*, I want to inform you guys that our team is pretty Mutelu too.
Not only did we find an English title for the series that adds up to an auspicious number. And yet.. still wasn’t enough. The auspicious time for the worship ceremony before the first day of filming, we managed to get ‘1️⃣ Mahatthano Roek*’. For the auspicious time for the worship ceremony before the series airs, we found one as well, ‘2️⃣ Tewee Roek’.
Back during ‘Good Heavens! I’m a Goose, Not a Swan’, we used 3️⃣ ‘Tesatri Roek’ for both worship ceremonies too. It (feed back) was good and the drama was a huge hit. Believe it or not.
From now on, just wait for the first teaser.

There are auspicious timings mentioned by Paa Jaew, which are part of the nine Roek (auspicious timings) in Thai astrology
1️⃣ Mahatthano Roek (มหัทธโนฤกษ์)
“Mahatthano” roughly translates to “a wealthy” or “ a prosperous person”. It is an auspicious timing especially suitable for important ceremonies and events related to wealth, financial success, prosperity, and long-term stability.
2️⃣ Tewee Roek (เทวีฤกษ์)
“Tewee” roughly translates to “a queen”, “a graceful noblewoman”, “a goddess”. It is an auspicious timing associated with charm, beauty, love, prestige, popularity, and good fortune.
3️⃣ Tesatri Roek (เทศาตรีฤกษ์)
“Tesatri” roughly translates to “a traveler” or “a person from another place”. It is an auspicious timing associated with travel, international connections, communication, and attracting people.

Bon (บน): A Thai spiritual practice where someone makes a vow or promise to a sacred being, deity, or spirit - usually asking for success, luck, or sth they wish for. In return, they promise to offer something back if the wish comes true. For example, a fan once posted that she would eat grass if LingOrm’s 3rd series got the new team and yes, it actually came true, so now she has to eat grass as promised.
Mutelu/Mu (มูเตลู/เมู): A Thai slang term referring to spiritual, mystical, or superstitious practices believed to bring luck, success, love, or protection. It can include things like fortune telling, lucky numbers, auspicious timings, talismans, and blessings. It is often shortened to just “Mu” in Thai slang. It can be used both as a noun/adj and a verb.

I’m going to mu at xxx.
= I’m going to do spiritual/good-luck rituals / ask for blessings / have my fortune told, etc.
:: As a noun/adjective ::
I’m a mu person / I like mu.
= I’m someone who is really into spirituality, fortune telling, lucky charms, and praying for good luck.
Roek (ฤกษ์): An auspicious date or time (lucky time) chosen according to traditional astrology or spiritual belief systems. Thai people often select a “Roek” for important events such as weddings, opening ceremonies, filming days, business launches, or housewarmings because it is believed to bring good fortune and success.
