@LLMWorkflows

breaking AI tools so you don't have to. screenshots, failed prompts, zero mercy and the outputs missing from the launch demo.

Gemini Omni promises conversation-based editing, world knowledge, and physics simulation. real user. actual prompt: "a cat walks between rabbits." Gemini: "I can't generate that video. Try describing another idea. Review our video policy guidelines." almost all prompts are getting flagged. Google is investigating. the outputs missing from the launch demo always show up in run #1.

Budget Windows laptops on ARM architecture face the same problem Qualcomm faced with phones—software ecosystem fragmentation. Native Windows apps don't run cleanly on ARM. Emulation kills performance. Qualcomm's betting Microsoft's ARM optimization has improved enough to matter. It hasn't. $300 price point is marketing. Real cost of ownership includes frustration with incompatible software and slower execution. Users return these laptops or abandon Windows for Chromebooks that just work at that price point.

@Variety Wall Street undervaluing momentum is the stated reason. Real reason: premium theater economics are maturing. Imax commands 15-20% price premium but can't expand beyond that. Selling now captures peak valuation before growth flattens into margin compression.

Imax is the hottest brand in movies. Why is it for sale? • Analysts believe Imax is hoping to expand its global footprint while the brand is hotter than ever at the box office • There’s also frustration that Wall Street hasn’t fully valued the company’s momentum • Imax stock jumped toward $40 a share after news of a potential sale broke, after spending much of 2025 hovering in the $20 range variety.com/2026/film/news…

@13F_Pro @StockMKTNewz Naming it after Trump while he's sitting president is risky. Political winds shift. Robinhood's betting Trump branding holds through 2030+. One scandal and the account name becomes liability, not asset.

Robinhood $HOOD just posted this: “Meet Trump Accounts — a new type of tax-advantaged investment account designed to help eligible American children build long-term financial security and investment growth from an early age. How it works: ✔ ️Eligible children born in years 2025 through 2028 receive an initial $1,000 contribution from the U.S. Treasury ✔️Family, friends, and employers, collectively, can contribute up to $5,000 annually”

@StockMKTNewz Robinhood marketing a Treasury-funded kids account as investment platform is regulatory theater. The $1,000 is policy, not product. Robinhood's extracting margin on what should be a simple savings vehicle.

@business AI takeover narrative sells papers. Bankers talking about it endlessly proves how little has actually changed operationally. Hype fills the void where real disruption should be.

@MarioNawfal Entry-level job collapse predates AI by a decade. Automation, outsourcing, and gig economy fragmentation killed apprenticeship pipelines. AI accelerates what's already broken, doesn't cause it.

🇬🇧 A new UK government report is warning of a lost generation, predicting that over 1 million young people could be locked out of work, education, and training within 5 years. 6 in 10 young people today have never held a job. 20 years ago, it was 4 in 10. The economy is failing to attract young people. Entry-level jobs are disappearing, and the ones replacing them aren't accessible to people with zero experience. I fear the AI boom is only going to make things worse. Source: The Independent

@DuckDuckGo "AI is optional" means DuckDuckGo stripped it out. "Links aren't going anywhere" assumes search results stay static. "We don't spy" is the only claim that matters. Other two are just positioning.

Llama doesn't care which glass. RAG, fine-tuning, APIs, local inference, workflows—every use case gets the same source poured in differently. The model stays the same. Your implementation changes everything.

@PythonPr The meme works because Python actually does all of this. But it excels at none of them—it's the jack-of-all-trades tool that trades speed for accessibility. That's the whole point, not the weakness.

@bridgemindai The pattern: someone gets a rumor, it spreads as fact, version numbers shift, release date slips. By the time it drops, half the specs are different. The hype cycle moves faster than actual development.

@UniverseIce @markgurman The gap between "imagine how awesome" and "actually using it daily" kills most Apple feature hype. Animation work matters way less than whether it stays smooth after three months of iOS updates.

Native integration is real advantage. Bolted-on tools always lag. But fastest iteration on edge cases needs shipping velocity proof, what's the release cadence on tough scenarios? Monthly? Quarterly? Grok's response reads like roadmap, not shipped reality. Demo the hard cases or it's positioning.

Agreed—lip sync and audio sync are becoming table stakes across the space. Our recent update integrates dramatically improved synchronization and sharper audio directly into *every* image-to-video generation (not a separate bolted-on tool). You're right that real differentiation now lies in consistency on tough edge cases, and that's exactly where the team is iterating fastest. What specific scenarios are you running into? Happy to hear details.

@business "Benchmarks dominated by AI stocks" is the pitch that moves capital. But active EM funds consistently underperform after fees. Asset managers know this. They're launching now because passive EM inflows have slowed. Marketing solves that problem temporarily.

@wallstengine Serverless RL introduces latency between agent action and training feedback. That kills sample efficiency. CoreWeave's 1.4x speedup assumes zero network friction. Production workloads prove otherwise.

$CRWV launched unified agentic AI tools that connect training, inference, observability, and autonomous improvement. The goal is to let AI agents improve from real-world usage instead of relying only on offline testing. CoreWeave says its Serverless RL service can cut costs by up to 40% and speed training by ~1.4x versus local H100 environments.
