Alexa and Max finished the year with impressive performances at State. Alexa Castens set a personal best with a time of 21:49 and 58th place on the Kearney Country Club course. Max Prochnow finished 23rd place in a course personal best of 17:10 on a cool day in Kearney.

District C-1 State Qualifiers Max Prochnow finishing 7th and Alexa Castens in 13th! Great job Warriors!!

Max Prochnow finished 13th at the UNK Invitational in a time of 17:40.7 on a warm day in Kearney.

Max Prochnow placed 9th place in the Bob Hoyer, XC Malcolm Meet in a time of 16:41.

Max Prochnow ran 17:41 at the Harold Scott Class A meet at Pioneer’s Park, finishing in 40th place. A 40 second PR on the course!

Max Prochnow finished in 7th place at the Platte River Rumble in a time of 17:33.6.

Lincoln Lutheran Cross Country team competed in their first meet at Logan View today. See results below: Max Prochnow was runner up in a time of 17:58, Lexi Castens medaled in 14th place with a time of 23:48. Jonathan Dale PR’ed in a time of 23:23.
