@mail_yard Randolph Scott's character comes into town and is just tickled to hell at all these goobers and dunces beating, robbing and shooting each other. And then like 10 people die and he moseys along to good ol' Texas🤠

Buchanan Rides Again my favorite of the first three Ranown westerns. Really weird. Charles Lang has no idea how to write a conventional western

@Srirachachau That, along with them only having three in the squadron at the time, made me think that they just had a hell of a time even getting applications for Space Fighter Pilot Mercenary. They hired the disgusting pigman off the street with a handshake.

I always liked Pigma Dengar. It’s so funny that James McCloud never got any bad vibes from Pigma, who looks evil and has the most disgusting voice. Always appreciated that the American voice actor made him sound like a pig learning to talk

@Srirachachau It's been teased as the mystery movie at both AMC and Regal multiple weeks and then hasn't been lol. So I've been trying to see it for a long time After directing the worst movie of the year (Strangers Chap 3), Renny could use a 3/5 creature feature recovery

Kinda dying to see that Renny Harlin movie where the plane is stuck in shark infested wars

Enjoyed Exit 8, just a very good high concept thriller that's executed well

@megannn_lynne Having just seen it, it's better to not learn those dark truths lol Of what's out right now, I'd recommend (3/5 or better): The Drama Project Hail Mary Exit 8 Hoppers You, Me and Tuscany Normal Faces of Death is...borderline. Speed Racer on 4/20 if you're getting it

@BrndnStrssng Could already see a big jump from her in Faces of Death, which just came out but evidently was shot a while ago, and The Moment so I'm glad to hear she's still improving!

There's always that thing where you're wary of someone stepping into this stuff, especially the massive push behind her as our Great New Cinephile but nah, she's just really great and kinda just gets it

Doubt I'll see many performances better than Charli XCX in Erupcja this year. Completely blew me away.

@BrndnStrssng The line for David Greenbaum was massive so I just wandered the floor. All of a sudden, there was Donna Langley just hanging out! She was very chill and down to earth, we shot the shit for 15 minutes and then she took a bunch of pics for free. #BestCinemaConEver

I know what CinemaCon is, but every time I hear someone reporting from it, I just picture David Zaslav or Tom Rothman sitting at little tables signing 8x10s and doing professional photo ops with guys in Walt Disney cosplay

@shelbyboring I can't go more than a day without being in a Regal so I've seen the trailer a bunch of times. Would you believe it has a scene where a guy stands in front of a bunch of other guy, yells "ARE YOU WITH ME!?" and everyone cheers? That's the level it seems to be operating on.

My favorite genre of email is Fandango or Regal telling me "SUPER EXCLUSIVE DEAL: GET TICKETS RIGHT NOW!!!!" for a movie I've literally never heard of in my life and am convinced they made up right before hitting send
