A 16-year-old girl who had been missing for about a month has been safely recovered by the FBI following a multistate investigation that led to the arrest of an accused repeat kidnapper. The teen was reportedly found last Friday in a hotel room near Jacksonville, Florida, after she was reported missing from Ohio on February 16. Jacksonville is also the city where Kaylee Jones was found.
