Tonight, the District #7 Board of Education recognized our teams for a historic year. I’m so proud of these athletes and lucky to surround myself with such a great group of kids. Friendly, consistent, and fearless will be their legacy.

Lincoln and Liberty teamed up today to compete at the NXR Midwest Middle School Meet! Girls placed 3rd while boys placed 2nd. Future is bright!!

After dealing with adversity since the end of last XC season, your Lady Tigers finish in 8th place for the second year in a row, matching the highest finish in school history! I am super proud of these girls. First time in history we put four runners under 18:00! Congrats!

The boys also do enough to advance to State for the third consecutive year with a 5th place finish at the Bloomington Normal Sectional. Congratulations!

The EHS Girls Cross Country Team had one of their best team efforts in school history while winning the Belleville West XC Regional. Congratulations, ladies! What a great performance!

The EHS Boys Cross Country team ended the day by completing the sweep of the Belleville West Cross Country Regional. We had a ton of PRs! What a fantastic team race! Special shout out to Colin Thomas, your individual winner in 14:26! Congratulations and go, Tigers!
