This is day three and likely the final day of the sentencing hearing. We're expecting to hear the arguments today from the lawyers on what the sentence should actually be.

Today, it's the first day of the sentencing hearing for the man who killed Misha Pavelick. Part of this will be arguing over whether he should be sentenced as a youth (he was 17 at the time of the killing) or an adult. He was found guilty of second-degree murder back in Nov.
