Whenever niche fragrances somehow break into mainstream consciousness, the names of perfumes and descriptions of notes and allusions always cause consternation. A very get off my lawn anger bubbles inside of me.

Nothing makes me stop reading faster than a nonwhite character fantasizing about being blue-eyed & Barbie-like or a woman that fucks without a finish. It’s a personal quirk & I know some things to be otherwise excellent but unless someone sticks at the very end, it’s a dnr.

@SXTHWXNG I don’t think techies foresaw that bc they don’t create and therefore have no issue with AI derived work. Where some writers see themselves being replaced, AI enthusiasts see inclusion. I think minimalism is all they can stomach, honestly.
