@NoreenWise777 I lived for two years with water that flowed by gravity from a well five miles up the road. It failed regularly because pipes leak and trying to find a leak on five miles of pipe takes time. Conservation in AZ and CA is a better solution.

@NoreenWise777 First step is to have people who live in deserts act like they live in deserts. Get rid of all lawns, golf courses, ten minute showers, non recirculating car washes, almonds, everything. See how that goes for the next twenty five years as a pilot project.

@NoreenWise777 Hello “Climate Action Warrior”. I’m a water resources professional and I’ll just tell ya that this isn’t an ecologically sound solution. The water crisis is from overuse. You give them more water and they will overuse that too. Inter-basin transfers are a bad idea & expensive.
