@_rawrell AAA Otome games are not common, so LADS has a practical monopoly. Meanwhile Hoyo split its own fanbase for AAA gachas into 3. Not to mention other rival mostly waifu gachas. It’s just abt market share, Waifu market is very competitive while husbando one is nearly dead.

@itchio When going through a publisher, the itch market is small, so they often view putting together assets for it as not worth the effort. Similarly, a dev might not want to bother with putting up uniquely sized assets.

A lot of good discussion here. We're trying to understand: Does putting your game on itchio in addition to Steam have a substantial impact on its success, even if that success is on another platform?

the Drama Queen manga seems genuinely ideologically incoherent and I don't know what to make of it. It seems like a compilation of random positions, sometimes hitting you with genuine real life racist rhetoric before showing they are miserable people
