Mind you, American kids get booted at 20. Illegals can stay until 22 free of charge, thanks to Virginia Code § 22.1-5(D). This is exactly why a 19-year-old illegal from El Salvador, who was enrolled at Fairfax High School and is now charged with groping multiple teenage girls in the hallways. This is not compassion; this is putting American children in danger.

Police Officer Gary Mercer assisted Evans with the rescue, but he began to drown as well when one of the panicking victims tried to pull him under. Despite being out of breath with exhausted legs, Evans swam back AGAIN to rescue both the Officer and the 3rd teen girl.
