@LOFT X is not allowing me to send a direct message because I did not pay to be a verified member. I will reach out again to customer service. As of today, I have been charged over $100 for items I have not received. Emails from your company say that my items were delivered. Untrue.

@LOFT I will never order from you again. I received the wrong item (pants) even though the receipt said it was the right item (a shirt). Customer service sent me a free return receipt and said that I will have to pay for my correct item AGAIN! It’s just their policy! Ridiculous!
