I’m excited to kick off the summer with the 16u before the season starts back up with the 18u! 💪

The backside loads the pressure. The front side receives it. The body turns because the front side can compress and redirect force back around center mass. Without pressure transfer, there is no turn. Without front-side compression, there is no efficient release. @LOLaughlin99
