Something that is immeasurably challenging is worth doing as most people give up. We were told that we couldn’t put an advert onto the hoarding at Mandarin Hyde Park during renovations. So, we created a 5-story high piece of art instead. And about £40 million of PR. #Advertising

Problem with many endorsement campaigns is people remembered the celebrity not the brand. Creative leap of linking ‘fan’ in headline to fan logo resulted the highest ad recall ever recorded by Ipsos Mori for any advertiser – with a tiny global media spend of only $5m.#Advertising

Very proud of our team for getting this amazing takeover of LAX airport ready so that it could be launched moments after our @MO_hotels fan @myeoh_official had been awarded her Oscar. Especially as she was the very first Fan we recruited to join the campaign 24 years ago.
