The ‘pyramid base’ is the foundation of arts in the U.K. - where our musicians, dancers, actors and crew learn their trade. We MUST protect these venues too.

The Rishi Sunak £1.57bn for the arts is welcome. I’m sure major venues and companies will be protected. But what about those venues at the base of the Arts pyramid - the small or community based venues housing youth orchestras, dance schools, choirs, etc? Will any be left for us?
