LPC are now better prepared than ever to take on British riders who are looking to race on the Continent after Phill's trip in July. Already having the number 1 ranking U23 Brit in France for 2023 and 2024, we have the desire, experience, and knowledge to support more riders.

The two big men in action in France this past weekend with an Elite Nationale double. Ben taking his first top 5 of the season and another KOM jersey. Both himself and Dexter also contributing to the team's success, being awarded 1st team on day 2. #talentdevelopment

Building relationships with managers and DS's, in the UK and France, is a crucial role for supporting & mentoring young riders. Trusting a team to best support your riders removes uncertainty and we hope to maintain this relationship with Team U Charente Maritime into the future.

'What made it so special for me was that French teams value French results'. Wise words from a graduate of our annual French racing trip. There's a reason we do it. There's a reason it's important. There's a reason 5 graduates have been rewarded with French contracts in 2 years.

Ben and Dexter began their racing seasons on Sunday with R1 of the DN2 CDF. A fast race ending in a large bunch sprint, Ben's typical aggressive racing style earned him both the KOM and Sprint jersey on the day. No doubt we'll be seeing them finishing in the podium places soon.
