4/4 Compete: -When we step on the court, we bring a competitors mindset to everything we do. Practices, drills, scrimmages, matches, etc. Are we going through the motions, or are we always attempting to push ourselves and our teammates?

3/4 Unite: -Alignment over agreement. Are we aligned in our goals for the season (on and off the court)? Do we celebrate teammates successes? Do we pick each other up when we falter?
