Testosterone is made from cholesterol. Oestrogen is made from cholesterol. Cortisol is made from cholesterol. Vitamin D is made from cholesterol. Bile acids that digest fat are made from cholesterol. Progesterone, which sustains pregnancy, is made from cholesterol. Every cell membrane in your body contains cholesterol. Every nerve is insulated by myelin, which is largely cholesterol. Every memory you form requires cholesterol to build the synapse that holds it. Your brain is 60% fat, mostly cholesterol. Breast milk is rich in cholesterol because infant brains cannot develop without it. Nature, given the job of designing the perfect first food, put cholesterol in it. When you eat less of it, the liver makes more. Because the body knows it cannot function without it. We declared war on cholesterol in 1977. Testosterone in men has dropped 25%. Vitamin D deficiency is now endemic. One in three adults over fifty is on a statin lowering the cholesterol the body is desperately trying to maintain. Depression rates have tripled. Infertility rates have doubled. The war is going well.

Dear @LeaderJohnThune, It took 6 years but MAGA didn't forget, Cassidy was removed last night. You have only 2 years and you're standing in the way of an 80/20 issue and you know what it is. You don’t need a reminder. It's either that or your political career ends in 2028. Your minions, will all go down. It's too late for them. For you, what's it going to be? MAGA is not dead. Massie and Coryn are up next...

@TFTC21 @AAC0519 This 7-figure analysis will not simply step aside for AI. They will embrace AI as a tool to reach a new level of analysis & productivity. This is the problem with “AI will replace jobs” hysteria: the work doesn’t just end there, it opens new greater opportunities, leveling up.

I use AI daily as a series of analysts. It’s like having my own team on standby. However you need a fairly deep understanding of the fields and subfields to be sure you’re not getting hallucinatory agreeable slop. This is gonna make us exceptionally vulnerable to rationalized versus reasoned answers, due to the loss of rigor in our educational system. I know many graduates from about 10-15 years after me who cannot determine falsehood from truth.

A thought on Cassidy’s defeat.  Donald Trump’s philosophy of practicing politics is simple: “If you hit me, I’ll hit you back 10 times harder.”  This is his way of imposing discipline so he can get things done.  Many Republicans mistake this for childish petulance.  The ironic thing is that when these oh-so-high-minded Republicans (Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Thom Tillis, etc.) get their comeuppance, they are the ones who react with truly childish petulance.  They are the ones willing to frustrate the advancement of the conservative agenda that they once claimed to support, simply because they didn’t get their way.  For all his supposed faults, Trump constantly tries to advance the agenda he has been pushing since before he was elected.  His Republican detractors, not so much.

Everybody listen to Todd. **Multiple investigations**. Where are the multiple 2020 election investigations located? The multiple federal investigations in to the rigging of the 2020 election are located in: 1. Maricopa County, Arizona 2. Fulton County, Georgia Now, he's not **required** to let you know this. Pam Bondi never said much of anything at all about these investigations that started last year. Todd's decided to start volunteering more information about these investigations. But he's being CAREFUL what he says. These are, after all, grand jury investigations being led by federal prosecutors in GA, Mississippi and Florida. The grand jury process is secret for a reason, and if the DOJ or the US Attorney in the district that the grand jury is seated in decide to volunteer some information about it, great. But understand they're not **required** to let you know about federal grand jury investigations or to provide you with regular updates. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

"There's a ton of evidence that the election was rigged," says @DAGToddBlanche on 2020. "We have multiple investigations going on in Arizona, in Fulton County Georgia, and that's exactly what we're looking at."

"Careless" -- WTF are you? After graduating from Antioch High School in 1978, Tillis worked at Provident Life and Accident Insurance Co. in Chattanooga, Tennessee, helping computerize records in conjunction with Wang Laboratories, a computer company in Boston. Wang eventually hired Tillis to work in its Boston office. He spent two and a half years there before being transferred back to Chattanooga, and then Atlanta. In 1990, he was recruited to work for accounting and consulting firm Price Waterhouse. In 1996, Tillis was promoted to partner. In 1998, he and his family moved to Cornelius, North Carolina. PricewaterhouseCoopers sold its consulting arm to IBM in 2002 and Tillis went to IBM as well. Tillis began his political career in 2002 in Cornelius, as he pushed for a local bike trail and was elected to the town's park board. He ran for town commissioner in 2003 and tied for second place. 12 years in the Senate -- one term on the Senate Armed Services Committee Stick to addition and subtraction on balance sheets.
Senator Thom Tillis@SenThomTillis

The careless decision to reduce our force posture in Europe, along with moves by Pete Hegseth and his political henchmen to force out some of our finest general officers is amateur hour at best and deadly at worst. Hegseth continues to surprise and disrespect our greatest allies and some of our best military professionals with impulsive decisions not grounded in reality or good judgment. If the rumors are true that Hegseth is trying to sideline General Chris Donahue, one of our nation’s finest warfighters, by downgrading U.S. Army Europe-Africa to a 3-star command, he is taking another step down a dangerous path. A step that is not in the best interests of our nation or our servicemembers. General Donahue has dedicated his entire career to upholding the high standards and warrior ethos that Hegseth claims he is restoring to our ranks. Gen. Donahue has led Soldiers at all levels in Airborne (including Ft. Bragg’s 82nd) and Mechanized units, the 75th Ranger Regiment, and our most prestigious special operation units. He deployed over 20 times in support of Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, New Dawn, Inherent Resolve, Atlantic Resolve, Freedom’s Sentinel, European Assure, Deter and Reinforce, and in support of the Sudan crisis. Hegseth would do well to surround himself with more patriots like General Donahue and to get his henchmen, who are not qualified to carry Donahue's bag, out of the Pentagon. Keep your word, Mr. Secretary: choose meritocracy over your mediocre yes-men. notus.org/defense/pentag…

326 They just came home. 5,000 sailors. 326 days at sea. The longest deployment of an aircraft carrier since Vietnam. Not one outlet told you what they were really doing out there. June 2025. The USS Gerald R. Ford — the largest warship ever built — leaves Virginia. Families were told Mediterranean. They lied. October — rerouted to the Caribbean. Largest naval buildup in 50 years. January — they captured Maduro. Extracted a sitting dictator from his own country. Then they turned east. Suez Canal. Red Sea. Iran. THE FORD FOUGHT THE OPENING DAYS OF THE WAR FROM THE WATER. A fire broke out below deck. Hundreds lost their quarters. They repaired on Crete — a port that hasn't hosted a warship this size since World War II. Then they went BACK IN. 326 days. Three oceans. Two wars. One dictator captured. Yesterday, Hegseth stood on the deck and said: "YOU DIDN'T JUST ACCOMPLISH A MISSION. YOU MADE HISTORY." They received the Presidential Unit Citation — the highest honor a military unit can receive. The last carrier to earn it was in 1945. But here's what they won't tell you. The Ford carried more than jets. Sealed cargo was loaded in Crete. Three C-2 Greyhound flights — unscheduled, unlogged — landed on the flight deck between March 11 and March 14. The manifests are classified. WHAT DID THEY BRING BACK FROM THE MIDDLE EAST? 5,000 men and women who haven't held their children in 326 days walked off that ship yesterday. Some knelt and kissed the ground. None of them are allowed to talk about what they saw. The longest watch since Vietnam just ended. And the world has no idea what it was guarding. ⟁

As far as US statehood is concerned, Venezuela and Cuba should seek TERRITORIAL status, a la Puerto Rico. Why? To protect their language, and therefore their culture. Statehood would by necessity, annihilate both. Alberta? Now that's a different story.

I wrote about the Beef situation last year, but didn't even see the China angle, what a huge value increase from variety meats Americans don't eat. Just more proof Trump ALWAYS has moves up his sleeve. And my points made at the time only become stronger with this move. Last October I dropped a "Where's the Beef?" thread(linked below) laying out how Trump's Argentina comment was never about flooding our market or hurting ranchers. It was straight leverage to pressure Canada, Mexico, and Brazil on tariffs, cartels, borders, and regional stability. I broke down the numbers: our domestic production at 85-88% of supply, imports mostly lean trimmings for ground beef with basically zero impact on rancher cuts, Mexico already down 80% from the screwworm mess, Brazil slashed by tariffs, and Argentina as a tiny targeted play under 5% that could fill gaps without chaos. I called it chess, using our massive market power against countries that send 75-80% of their exports our way, all while our herd was at historic lows. Fast forward and Secretary Rollins just announced China renewing licenses for hundreds of US beef plants from 17 states. Variety meats like tongues, hooves, and organs are flowing again, adding up to $165 per head in real value for ranchers on cuts Americans don't eat much domestically. This hits right after the Trump-Xi summit, and I believe it proves the bigger strategy was always in play. Manage the tight domestic cycle, use imports as leverage where needed, and aggressively open high-value export doors like China for the parts that boost rancher revenue without touching prime steaks. My earlier points on packer concentration, the need for PRIME Act direct sales, COOL labeling, and independents breaking the Big Beef grip only get reinforced now. With China back online the hand is even stronger, he can adjust Argentina or elsewhere as the herd rebuilds and the cycle turns. The associations that panicked missed the full picture, but the wins are stacking up: better live prices, export premiums, and real reciprocity. Trump had the plan all along, always does! Previous posts from last year. x.com/Derpst8d/statu… x.com/Derpst8d/statu…
Derpstated@Derpst8d

YUGE win here. All those panicked beef and cattle associations that decried Trump's moves on Argentine beef imports and Secretary Rollins' other plays never gave him credit for having a real plan that would straight-up moot their gripes. But there's always a bigger picture and strategy at work. Trump uses leverage and creates it where it doesn't exist, and when you zoom out it all clicks. Look at the pieces together: our cattle herd is sitting at historic lows around 86.2 million head, the smallest since 1951, with beef cows down to about 27.6 million. That tightness has producers seeing better prices after years of pain, but it also means we have to be smart about supply. Factor in beef imports from Canada in the trade equation, their own foot-dragging on deals, the Mexico screwworm crisis that forced us to shut the border to live cattle imports to protect our herd, the Argentina adjustments for targeted lean trimmings that help ground beef without flooding the prime market, and now this China breakthrough. It all complements one bigger strategy. Secretary Rollins just announced China renewing licenses for hundreds of US beef plants, including from 17 states, getting variety meats like tongues, hooves, and organs flowing again. That adds real value, up to $165 per head for ranchers on cuts we don't eat as much domestically, without pulling the best steaks off our tables. This came right after the Trump-Xi summit, and if you pay attention to how Trump operates, it's most likely he had this move in mind from the jump. He pressures for reciprocity, opens high-value export doors while managing the domestic cycle, and turns short-term noise into long-term gains for American producers. The associations focused on the import side and missed how these plays balance the ledger. Now with China back online, it strengthens the hand even more. He can dial things up from Argentina or elsewhere as needed while the herd rebuilds, and still deliver for ranchers. Let him cook, this is how you win on trade.

Like I always say time and time again, this is no longer Republicans vs Democrats. This is GOOD vs EVIL. The line has already been drawn. There is NO grey area anymore. You are either standing on the side fighting to preserve faith, family, national identity, law and order, merit, freedom, and common sense… or you are enabling the destruction of it. Your track record means nothing the moment you cross that line. Compromising with evil is exactly how so many RINOs were created throughout history. Slowly. Incrementally. One “principled compromise” at a time. One excuse at a time. One surrender disguised as “moderation” at a time. In the past, political parties were largely about policy differences, taxes, economics, foreign affairs, and domestic priorities. People could disagree and still fundamentally want what was best for the country. That is no longer the political climate we are living in today. Since the Obama era, the ideological line became crystal clear. The modern Democrat machine stopped being about simple policy disagreements and became a cultural, institutional, and ideological movement pushing agendas that undermine traditional values, attack the family unit, normalize moral confusion, weaponize government institutions, and divide people by race, gender, and class for political power. And if you call yourself a Republican or Conservative, yet constantly side with Democrats because you want to appear “compassionate,” “civil,” or “above the fight,” then you completely misunderstand the battlefield we are on. Weakness disguised as virtue is still weakness. There comes a point in life where some relationships, alliances, and associations must be cut off completely. Personally. Politically. Culturally. Because every civilization in history that failed to identify internal decay early enough eventually collapsed from within. This is not about blind loyalty to politicians. This is about preserving the foundations that made America strong in the first place. The line has already been drawn. Now people must decide which side they are truly on.

Ever notice there's ALWAYS a 3rd or even 4th candidate in these GOP primaries always trying to split the vote to help the UniParty incumbent? That's not an accident. Didn't help Cassidy tonight, though.

Introduction The soft age is dying…and I just performed its autopsy on Substack. I published this essay today because the evidence has become obscene: Western civilization has devolved into a therapeutic nursery where entire generations have been meticulously trained to demand that life issue a formal apology before they will risk the indignity of rising. No spines. No fire. Only the velvet tyranny of “emotional safety” and the quiet, lethal cult of entitlement. I love Friedrich Nietzsche with a savage, uncompromising reverence precisely because he never flinches. He speaks with the blunt force of a war hammer exactly as I think it...no euphemisms, no mercy for the weak who mistake their fragility for moral superiority. In these pages I wield his amor fati and eternal recurrence like twin blades: the only instruments sharp enough to carve sovereign strength from the decadent rot. This is not comfort. This is not motivation. This is diagnosis and declaration. If you still possess the aristocratic stomach for unsoftened truth...if you are ready to stop bargaining with reality and begin devouring it...then enter. The world will not apologize. It never has. It never will. And that, my friends, is the greatest gift existence has ever offered…if only you are ferocious enough to seize it, kiss its fangs, and roar back: Yes. Again. Forever. Read it. Then live it. open.substack.com/pub/lhgrey78/p…

I think this "pause" in Iran has been about getting more Mossad (and CIA) elements in place to enlist and arm the 80 million or so accomplices in what will end this war without having to destroy what the Iranian PEOPLE will need to remain free from 47 years of captivity. Just get them armed, organized, and mobilized. Hunt down IRGC one by one, and begin to kill them. The aims of the US, Israel, and the Iranian people are now in alignment. Regime change. With 80 million assets in place. Motivated. A true end to the war, with no US soldiers exposed.
