@healingceline My sister has long covid and has had trouble walking for almost a year!!

My doctor just said my symptoms don’t fit with Long Covid. That they’ve never seen anyone with LC who couldn’t walk anymore. They are implying that I need to see a psychiatrist. Never mind that I was perfectly healthy before I caught Covid and haven’t been able to walk since.

@veronicakmorgan I completely agree - frustrating, misleading, and it should not be happening. Fair Trading are trying to eliminate it, but they need our help to report it!

@JodiMcKayMP @cheryl_kernot @LPilkington @kiai @jmodoh Two real estate agents asked me to attend home inspections tomorrow? Saying the REINSW had given them permission as they are 'essential'. I thought Dr Chant said a clear *NO* to that today. Are the agents misleading me or is this another loophole?

@pamerasan @rhianna_adams Completely agree. It’s infuriating. I have narrowed it down to a few options from the post but if anyone can tell me who it was it would be helpful.

@Socalledchaosau @GuySebastian It’s not about fine collection. It’s about trying to stop people breaching the restrictions. How do you suggest we do that?

@LPilkington @GuySebastian Making it easier for police is not a good reason. This is a health issue so maybe we should focus on health outcomes not fine collection.

I live in the Maroubra area. If people were inconsiderate enough to have a party that resulted in 11 +ive cases then I’ll cop the consequences for their actions. If people out west have curfews then we shouldn’t be any different. Our community do not think we are above anyone.

@Socalledchaosau @GuySebastian If people did the right thing and followed the rules in the first place we would not be in this situation. When people don’t follow the rules the police get involved. What choice is there?

@LouiChristopher Our offices in the west yesterday told me they had vacancy rates between .75-1%. Very different to the city / east. And yep - a variety of reasons including the flood of air bnb style property and lack of foreign students - neither of which have much of an impact in the west!
