One week from today we find out how much the LP wants to live; if the delegates disaffiliate LPNH, the party can be put back on track. If the delegates do not disaffiliate LPNH, it's over. This is what the party gets for ignoring the problem for years. Disaffiliate LPNH!

It is not "charitable care" if it is done at gunpoint and mandated. Christiana Care the largest hospital system in the State operates 2% in the black. I'm not sure who us supposed to pay for the charitable care but it would be likely off set to commercial payers. news.delaware.gov/2026/05/12/gov…

Went to a hearing on SB 300. An NRA attorney had data and the progressives had "passion." When Wilmington was named as "Murdertown, USA," the CDC found out who was at risk for gun violence. The point system they created for authorities caused decreased crime. This law does not address gun crime.

I would encourage anyone following us in Delaware to sign up for Delaware Legislative Notifications. Our representative are mostly creating laws restricting our freedoms on a regular basis. It was great meeting folks at Dover Days yesterday. We had a lot of great conversations with people of all backgrounds. Our stalwart secretary Tim started handing out the "Worlds Smallest" political quiz and we discovered quite a few libertarians who didn't know they were.

Thank you Delaware Libertarians for your attendance at our State convention yesterday. I wish we had a higher attendance but so grateful to see the living legend @carolmoore1776 who wrote The Davidian Massace and hear another living legend @JimBovard speak on civil asset forfeiture. Also great to see a returning member from the late 90s and new member from Sussex. We are still here fighting for liberty in Delaware! We have a booth at the Dover Days festival next Saturday. Delaware Libertarians mark your calendar for the State Convention Saturday 4/25 12 PM to 4PM in Dover. If you don't know if you may attend below are the criteria from our Bylaws. More details to come including sign up sheet. Any person meeting the following criteria, for at least the previous 60 days, is a member of the LPDE: i. Resides in Delaware; ii. Is not registered to vote in another state; iii. Has agreed to abide by these bylaws; AND iv. Is registered to vote as a Libertarian in Delaware

Despite the harsh weather, poorly plowed roads, and winter viruses, a few of us at the LPD were able to prepare lunch bags for almost 200 kids at the Food Bank of Delaware.
