The most interesting part of this draft is where the Steelers pivot in Round 1 if all of the top guys that fit their immediate needs are off the board. Do they grab the best available safety or tackle? The next best left guard? I'm very excited about this draft. It feels like the Steelers are going to be very active, but it also feels like 12 picks could be a real possibility. 🤔

@LRB_ @Michael_Fabiano Not positive what the cause was but at about 4 weeks I was less careful about bending and twisting because I was feeling pretty good. I think it was because I bent and leaned over the side of a chair to grab something as I was wrapping Christmas gifts.

@LRB_ @Michael_Fabiano Follow doc orders and take it very easy for the 1st 6 weeks. I didn't and at 6 weeks had a emergency L4-S1 fusion with minor permanent nerve damage. I was pain free after the discectomy/laminectomy til it failed suddenly and the repaired disc herniated into my spinal column.

@Michael_Fabiano Ya I’m in my brace now my surgeon said anytime your upright you should wear it . No lifting over 10 pounds no bending and no twisting for 4-6 weeks. But my pain everywhere except the incision site is completely gone.

I’m glad it worked for you! How was the recovery? I’m hearing I gotta wear a back brace for a couple weeks.

@Michael_Fabiano I’m 2 days post op from L4L5 microdisectomy and laminectomy and I went from not being able to hardly stand up to 100 percent pain free in my low back and leg immediately after surgery… wish I woulda did it sooner if u have any questions lmk

@rcon14 When comparisons are made it’s likely they’re comparing them to the player when they were coming out of college not the player 5 years into the league. Micah wasn’t even a primary edge rusher in college. Similar to Reese.

I know it’s not the flashiest pick and I fully understand the many people that wouldn’t like it, but in my opinion Olaivavega Ioane is the correct pick. You trade up and select him solidifying this offensive line for the next decade.
LT: Broderick Jones/Dylan Cook/rookie (or veteran; and yes … I am picking up Broderick Jones’ 5th year option. I was very encouraged with how he was progressing prior to his injury. A new coaching staff, I believe, can develop him and allow for him to reach his fullest potential. There’s still a lot of talent there).
