Enjoying my Saturday morning at Anderson’s Bookshops' 22nd Annual Children’s Literature Breakfast. It’s been a treat to meet local authors, including @lilrongal. She’s a YA author whose stories provide timeless themes and universal relatability!

The Drama Club presented Annie Jr to over 500 students, staff, & guests. We are so proud of the quality production presented. Thank you to the students, directors, crew, & parents. Want to see it? The final performance is this Saturday, at 3pm. It’s a great day to be a WILDCAT!🐾

Cheer has started at Jefferson. The team is coming together and working on their new routines with their coaches. It’s nice to see these activities back. Later today is the first cross country meet and our first soccer meet is next week. It’s a great day to be a Wildcat!!!🐾

Zumba-ing for our last @GOTR_Chicago practice before the 5K this Sat! @D45Jefferson and @D45Jackson girls had a blast! Huge shout out to our instructor @LRCJefferson’s Mr. O’Neal!! Then we crafted some headbands and scrunchies to be race day ready!! Great idea coach McKenna!

It was an absolute privilege to boogie with you ladies!

The LRC bulletin board has transformed into the wall of kindness. Our 6th Graders were eager to fill the board up with affirming words!

Problem solving skills are on full display as our 6th and 7th Grade #JETechsperts repair broken Chromebooks and set up our mobile green screen!
