Calls to UK Domestic Abuse Helplines have more than doubled since the lockdown. Victims should know that if they are in danger, they can dial 999, then - when prompted - press 55 and remain silent. Police will know that the caller is in danger and cannot speak. Spread this wide.

What a night .. 5 years after kicking off @O2Touch we have just had a record evening .. 26 people at @LRC_Touch .. thank you to everyone that has supported and continue to support us 👏🏻

So as another season comes to an end @LA_RFC couldn’t be happier with life .... cup final, decent league position, couple of memorable wins (@SteyningRugby 😘) and 32 old and new players on tour ... and 3 years ago we may not have had a club ... couldn’t be prouder of this lot😀
