So Bendigo community are being told the vaccination status of COVID patients ... here in Gippsland we are being refused this information citing privacy concerns.

We have consistently asked our local public health unit about whether anyone with Covid in Gippsland has been hospitalised, and have been told they can’t comment as it’s a privacy issue. So there appears to be different policy on this depending on where you live @VictorianCHO

As a result, the GRPHU will publish Tier 1 exposure sites as a priority and any high risk Tier 2 exposure sites will also be listed. Only sites of concern are being listed of the Department of Health website as well #gippsnews

There has been a lot of interest in exposure sites, in particular Tier 2 sites. According to the GRPHU the evidence suggests there have been no transmissions of the virus at any Tier 2 exposure site in Gippsland.../3
