⚠️ Due to signalling issues at Kirkdale Headbolt Lane services will start and terminate at Rice Lane. Ormskirk services will start and terminate at Walton. Rail replacement buses have been requested to run between Sandhills & Walton.

@merseyrail Getting worse... Replacement bus to Walton where train is sat waiting but stationary until further notice.

@merseyrail After 07:30 train cancelled from centre, made to wait for next train which terminated at sandhills removing option to get alternative bus from town. Absolute joke.

@merseyrail Services resumed yet sat waiting at each station before being kicked off at Walton as your schedule was now running late. 2 hours to get from Central to Aintree is a disgrace.
