We are back 🙇‍♂️ Over the past few weeks, we were mostly inactive on X, and I wanted to take a moment to explain what happened. Our distributor (Yaoji) significantly cut our allocation for the Riftbound New Year Gift Boxes and did not provide any compensation (not just us but also for all the people). Despite this, we still tried our best to fulfill customer orders by sourcing products from the secondary market, which unfortunately resulted in a significant financial loss for us. For those who follow this product, you probably know the market price has never dropped below $120 since release and has recently reached around $140. To help customers affected by the canceled allocations, we offered discount codes so they could purchase at $99. Even without a code, we still made the product available at $109, which was below market price. This situation also created disagreements between my partner and me. He believed we should not absorb such losses for something outside of our control, especially when it might not be appreciated. While we received a lot of support from longtime customers, we also received a number of negative comments — including some from people who had never actually purchased from us. Between the financial loss and the pressure surrounding the situation, my partner ultimately decided to step away from the business. SnorNap is now operated by me alone. Another reason for my absence is that my partner previously managed our X account, and I did not have direct access. Since he has recently returned to the U.S., we have finally completed the account handover. SnorNap will continue operating, and I will keep doing my best to provide the best prices possible for the community. I am also a full-time nurse, so sometimes I may miss messages on X. @FortniteStatus I’m playing Creative and it shows that I gain experience, but when I go back to the lobby it looks like I didn’t get any experience, even though I did in the game. This only happens in Creative maps. Any solution ?
