@Ubisoft @assassinscreed The modern day story died with Desmond. What drove me to pre order every Assassin's creed game was Desmond's story. Everything else has not been interesting since. The only way to bring it back is to remake AC3, let desmond live, then have a present day AC creed with desmond fighting to stop Juno after releasing her. Then make him the modern day Master Assassin end his story. Now what you have here is a way to make infinite AC games with or without the Current day story plots. You could make a futuristic AC game and make RPG spin offs without the modern day plots, make normal AC games with new Characters and Desmond quarterbacking with Sean and Rebecca in the modern day. I feel if they do it this way, it gives them the freedom to write whatever story they want without being shackled to a modern day story plot. You are already remaking black flag, I bet a ton of people would love play a connor and desmond again. You lost fans because you killed off the main character defeated Juno in a comic instead of a game, I am just surprised this company has not figured this out.
