BREAKING: Blue Valley North Girls Head Coach Ann Fritz has been named the Head Coach of the West Team for the 2024 McDonalds All-American Game. A gigantic honor for arguably the most decorated women’s basketball coach in Kansas. Her and her husband Ed, become the first married partners to be named MCDAAG Head Coaches. @bvnbball @coachedfritz
A huge round of applause for the LSR7 Vipers of Doom Unified Basketball Team who competed for the first time in district history and brought home the bronze medal from the Special Olympics state tournament last month. #R7Proud
A question posed to me: What are the KC area Barbecue “Blueblood” spots? Thinking Gates, Arthur Bryant’s, Joe’s, Jack Stack? Any other places deserve “Blueblood” status?
