AWS had a cooling system malfunction, resulting in an outage of LSU Moodle system. Our hosting vendor’s team has implemented mitigation measures to stabilize the environment, and #Moodle performance has returned to normal levels. All services are now functioning as expected.

ITS is aware of performance issues with #Moodle. This is related to the #Amazon outage that is impacting various services. We will continue to monitor the situation.

We are aware of access issues with WileyPlus, to get up to date information regarding that platform, please refer to status.wileyplus.com.

UPDATE :: The DHCP Service should be functioning normally. If you experience any issue obtaining an IP Address, please submit an issue to the Service Desk or Network Operations Center.

We are detecting issues with DHCP Leases (IP Address distribution) following maintenance to DHCP servers. Engineers are working to resolve the issue.

#Microsoft has made customers aware of issues with #Microsoft365 services, like email, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. We see where customers can't access email via web portal or Outlook. Teams & OneDrive are reported as affected, but we are unaware of impact on those services.
