LSW Theatre celebrates the start of Black History Month! This February we will celebrate the contributions and accomplishments of this culture.

Get ready cadets, because next week is Student Directed one acts auditions! If you haven’t been in a Mainstage PLAY this year, you can audition to be in one of our 10 wonderful student directed plays! (Remember: auditions are fun and relaxed, there’s no need to be stressed!)

Calling all Cadets! If you haven’t heard, the Trivia Night is being postponed, but for those who still want something to do this week, we have a Mission to go to LSN and enjoy Cocoa and Karaoke from 6-8pm!

Our first semester is coming to a close cadets! Now’s a great time to check your lettering and make sure you’ve participated in at least one theatre clean up! If you haven’t, we have one on Monday from 2:30 - 3:30. Sign up on Schoology!

Mission Secret Santa is about to take off! Starting this Thursday all secret Santa’s can drop off their gifts in the shop area before school and then pick up their gift AFTER 1st hour! This weeks gifts should be no more than $5 per day! Tip: Don’t put your own name on the gift ;)

Reminder that the play form for our winter plays is due TODAY! These are some amazing shows that you’ll love to be a part of! Remember, auditioning is fun, and we’re always looking for some new faces as a part of our theatre! See you there!

HUZZAH! Our Fall play, The Mousetrap, has been selected to be brought to the State Thespian Conference! This upcoming January, everyone who is headed to state (and who is a part of the show) will help bring this wonderful show to Kansas City! Get pumped, Cadets!!

Get ready this Thursday and Friday for the District One-Act Festival @ Lee’s Summit North! This show features 3 one-acts from Lee’s Summit, North, and West! Be sure to come by to support your sister schools! Remember, you CANNOT use your West Side Stage card for this event!
