I honestly dont understand why she is not instructing her useless Provincial commissioners to start arresting the vigilant groups from March n March, MKP, Ngizwe Mchunu, Phakel'umthakathi and others who are harassing, intimidating, bullying and insulting foreign nationals who are in South Africa I dont understand why Ramaphosa is only issuing lousy statements on this issue instead of demanding accountability from the Minister of Police.
