@PNCBank_Help I'm complaining about your connection with YNAB. I've been using it with PNC for years too budget and your security protocols are making it exceedingly difficult.

@PNCBank_Help I use this daily to manage my personal and business finances. I don't have this problem with my other banks (Chase, Ally, BoA, Schwab). If this doesn't improve and I'm prompted by PNC this frequently, I may very well switch to having one of them hold all my primary accounts.

@PNCBank_Help I read your article. I understand the security aspect & the one time code. But I should not need to enter a code multiple times a week or even multiple times a day for my budgeting software. YNAB is used by many people. You should have something that makes it "stick" longer.

@PNCBank_Help KC, I just showed you a screenshot of my conversation with YNAB from THIS MORNING. I've talked with them 4 times. They're helpful. If THEY had another option at this point, they would have told me. What can PNC do to help?

@PNCBank_Help Please don't try to "pass the buck" on this problem and try to dismiss me. This is something PNC needs to address. YNAB literally can't do anything else. I have been a PNC customer for many years and expect some actual help.

@PNCBank_Help I have discussed this problem with YNAB support team directly four times in the last few months. The problem is getting worse and they can't fix it. It's your security. Here is part of a conversation I had with YNAB just a couple of hours ago.

@PNCBank_Help Yes. The problem is that PNC is asking me to do this in YNAB constantly. Look. This is all with YNAB. 4 times since Friday and twice just in the last 24 hours.

You Need a Budget is used by many people for finances. None of my other banks have this problem with YNAB. You need to fix this please. You are making the user experience very unpleasant for your customers.

I use YNAB to run my business finances. PNC is my primary bank. PNC is making me reauthorize my connection constantly, sometimes multiple times a day. YNAB can't fix it because it's your security.
