Voting in someone who is on a temporary Visa and who hasn't been in the country in a year is crazy, but why bring their gender identity or nationality into it?
Also we have had many non-Scottish-born MPs in this country so this isn't new.

@Harryogilvie142 Neither should have the right because they aren’t Scottish citizens. Foreigners can be citizens, so either you are stupid or ignoring the point. We don’t want people who aren’t dedicated to Scotland long term making decisions that will potentially affect us for years to come.
