Winning goal tonight scored by under 16 Dylan Fothergill on his second outing this season and the last 25 we had 3 under 16s showing that age doesn't matter if you are good enough.

Massive shift from the boys tonight coming away from @NewmarketTownFC U18s 2-1 winners. Both games this season have been highly entertaining and could of gone either way. My thanks to their hospitality and good luck for the rest of the season.

On the road again with a trip to @HistonU18s at the Glassworld stadium. Tough test for the boys but will enjoy the surroundings and a decent surface.

Boys worked hard tonight against a good @MildenhallYouth side. Need to play with the same confidence away from home as we do at home. But in every defeat we learn. Another tough test next Thursday at Stoneylands against @roystontyouthfc.

Great work ethic by the boys last night to grind out a 2-0 win against an unlucky @SWTFootballClub u18 side. Goals from Lodge and a great individual effort from Harewood enough to get us the 3 pts. Team really starting to step up to the challenge of Thurlow football.

I always like to wait when we've lost a game to post so their are no heat of the moment comments but even this morning I can say we were shocking. Nothing worked on transferred to the game, low work rate poor ball retention I could go on. They are young they will learn.

Massively disappointed for the boys tonight in their first @thurlownunnECL u18 game dominated a lot of the game with some great football but couldn't find the breakthough. We go again next week with a tough trip to @StNeotsTownFC u18
