Last week, we held our first Mock RCS sessions for our qualified PNAs and PNAs in training. These sessions aim to provide a refresher and boost confidence in facilitating RCS sessions, while also creating a supportive space to practise, reflect, and learn from one another.

We have recently been awarded the #RCNFoundation #AminAbdullahGrant to organise wellbeing days for our IEN preceptees and the first one was a success! 🍃🧘🏻 Special thanks to #MarysPlace for collaborating with us on this initiative. Our attendees had a day of unwinding and engaged in activities such as Yin Yoga, Soundbath, and Zen Tangle.
